Results Based Accountability (RBA™)
RBA
Child Poverty Solutions is not currently offering training on Results Based Accountability (RBA™) but you will find information below on RBA™. If you do have any questions or queries on RBA™ please contact us.
Results Based Accountability (RBA™) - sometimes called Outcome Based Accountability - is a common sense approach to using outcome based thinking to help improve the well being of populations and the performance of services. RBA™ was developed by Mark Friedman and is set out in full in his book 'Trying Hard Is Not Good Enough'.
In Wales and the UK RBA™ is being used by a growing number of public and voluntary organisations and partnerships to help inform things like partnership planning, commissioning and performance management. The below document was put together by Richard Morton at the Partnership Support Unit. The document outlines what RBA™ is and how it is being used in Wales.
