Licensing Requirements

Results Based Accountability™ and all related materials remain the intellectual property of Mark Friedman who gives permission for use of these materials (with attribution) free of charge by government agencies, small not-for-profit organisations (e.g. charities) and small for-profit consultancies. However, a licensing fee for use of the materials may be payable in some circumstances - particularly for large organisations (for-profit and not-for-profit) who use RBA™ to generate profit - so anyone in any doubt about whether this applies should check the Licensing Fee Requirements and contact the Results Leadership Group with any questions.
